Inscribing Digital Memory I, 2007
Documentation of live performance with 1300 hand-printed cards
An exploration of memory and relationship, IDM took the form of a minimally chroeographed chant. The score was composed in binary code from an autobiographical text based on nine years of our relationship.
During the performance, two tones were chanted back and forth, one tone representing (1) and another representing (0).
